Bellini is located at the historical Palace and offers Italian delicacies with a majestic Bosphorus view. Our Sicilian chef Giovanni Vaccaro excels in preparing exquisite Italian cuisine for Bellini Restaurant. Homemade pasta and risotto are highlights of the restaurant and are prepared in a special pasta room at the Palace kitchen.

Rüya Istanbul

Tuğra Restaurant

Located on the first floor of the Ciragan Palace, diners can experience Tugra’s grand dining room with historic Istanbul from Europe over the Bosphorus to Asia.

• The suggested dress code for Tuğra Restaurant is “Smart Casual”.
• Please kindly be informed that shorts, flip-flops, and sportswear are not allowed for our signature Palace restaurant Tuğra.
• We will not be able to accommodate our little guests under the age of 12 at Tuğra Restaurant.
• Tables are booked with exact timing. The booked table will be kept for an additional 30 minutes of timing. Unfortunately, the reservation will be canceled for exceeding time

Bosphorus Grill

Locals meet at the al fresco Bosphorus Grill for seafood and meat barbecues with views across the water to the Bosphorus Bridge and Maiden’s Tower.
